We have started receiving reports from customers that they are unable to top-up their accounts. We are already investigating this issue and will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Customers are already able to top up their accounts. We are working to also credit all previous top-ups.
The problem has been resolved. The funds from your top-up:
- have been properly credited, or
- have not credited due to minor technical problems - we have returned them to the source account, they should soon reach back to the bank/institution from which they were sent.
