Question
What does "We are unable to open an account for you due to requirements not being met" error mean? Can I try to go through the verification process again? Can I know the reason ZEN cannot open an account for me?
Answer
In certain situations, when verifying your identity in ZEN, you may see the message “Verification failed. We are unable to open an account for you due to requirements not being met”:
What does the “requirements not met” error mean?
This means that we cannot open an account for you due to our security policies and obligations to service providers. To create a ZEN account, we require a supported ID, country, contact information (phone number, email address, home address), and information about how you use your account and the source of funds deposited into your account. We verify this information both automatically and manually.
Can I verify myself again?
If you see the information about not meeting the requirements during account registration, the ZEN Customer Support Team cannot restart the account application. Due to applicable laws and our Terms and Conditions, we cannot share a specific reason for this decision. We understand this may be frustrating, and thank you for being understanding.
