I would like to get my account statement for the selected month. How do I generate a statement for the current month?
Answer
To generate an account statement:
- Log in to the ZEN app and on the Home page (leftmost screen), tap on the currency for which you need a statement.
- Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select "statements".
- Tap on "Export Statement".
- Next, select a month for which you want to create a statement and also the file type (you can create a statement in PDF or CSV).
Information
You can currently generate a statement for any of the previous months. You can also get a statement for the current month via customer support chat.
- Usually, in a few seconds, the statement will be ready and you can export it via email, your favorite messenger or save it on your device. See also: Why can't I generate a monthly statement?
