What are the limits for adding funds to my ZEN account?
Each ZEN customer has their own limits on the amount of top-ups and the number of top-ups. Currently checking or changing the top-up limits is not available on the website, in the ZEN app, or in the support chat, but these individual top-up limits may automatically increase as you use ZEN products longer. In the meantime, if your top-up was rejected, consider trying a smaller amount or using a bank transfer.
You may also contact Customer Support and we'll try to help increase that limit. This usually involves providing additional information and may take a few days.
