What are the limits for adding funds to my ZEN account? How can I increase my top-up limits?
Answer
Each ZEN customer has their own limits on the amount and the number of top-ups.
General top-up limit is:

* This is the standard top-up limit, but it can be lower or higher depending on how often and how long you use ZEN services. Currently checking or changing the top-up limits is not available on the website, in the ZEN app, or in the support chat. Your top-up limit may automatically increase as you use ZEN products longer. In the meantime, if your top-up was rejected, consider trying a smaller amount or using a bank transfer.
