What are the limits for adding funds to my ZEN account? Can I increase my top-up limits?
Answer
Each ZEN customer has their own limits on the amount and the number of top-ups.
General top-up limit is:

* This is the standard top-up limit. Limit for every customer may be different. It can be lower depending on how often and how long you use ZEN services.
Currently checking or changing the top-up limits is not available on the website, in the ZEN app, or in the support chat. Your top-up limit may automatically increase as you use ZEN products longer. If your top-up was declined, consider topping up your account with a smaller amount or use a bank transfer to your ZEN account number.
