What to do if my ZEN Card is expiring soon?

If your ZEN Card expiration date is approaching, the card was not restricted or removed from the ZEN app, and it was used in the last 6 months before expiry, it will be automatically reissued for free.
For virtual cards:
14 days before your card expires, an email message and notification from the ZEN app will be sent to you about the expiring virtual card. Please note that for the card to be reissued, there must be a minimum of one transaction made with it in the last 6 months before it expires. When the card is automatically renewed, you will receive a notification from the ZEN app. Virtual cards are renewed automatically from 5 to 3 days before the card expires.
For physical cards:
1.5 months before your physical card expires, an email message from ZEN will be sent to you about the expiring card. Please note that for the card to be reissued, there must be a minimum of one transaction made with it in the last 6 months before it expires. The new physical card is delivered to the address you provided in the app settings as your Home address. Please update it in the ZEN app if you need the card to be delivered somewhere else.
