I'm trying to verify my identity in ZEN, but I see the error "Verification attempts exceeded".

Error occurred when creating a new ZEN account

If you see the error message “Verification attempts exceeded” in the ZEN app while applying for a new ZEN account, it means that, unfortunately, we are unable to create an account for you at this time.

This verification result appears after multiple unsuccessful attempts to verify your identity during account registration. In such cases, the decision is final, and we can't re-enable the verification via ZEN Customer Support. You can learn more details by reading our Terms and Conditions, available here.

Error occurred while updating a document on an existing ZEN account

If an error occurred while updating an expired document in an existing ZEN account, please contact us to manually update the data in your account.
