How many cards may I have active at once? How many cards I can order from ZEN?
Answer
The maximum number of ZEN Cards that may be active at once on your account is 10 virtual cards and 10 physical cards. If you have such amount of active cards on your account, you will need to delete one of them to order a new one.
Keep in mind, that ordering additional cards above your plan limit, may incur a fee for ordering the card, as stated in our Pricing. The fee amount is always shown in the ZEN app before confirming the order.
