"Special" plan visible in ZEN Business account details

Question

When checking my active plan in ZEN app I see that the "Special" plan is active on my Business account. What does it mean?

Answer

Some ZEN Business accounts have a customized plan based on various business factors like industry, risk level, and monthly turnover. When you agree to a personalized offer and sign a contract, your account plan will be labeled as "Special".

If you would like to have a customized plan on your ZEN Business account, or need to change your Special plan, our ZEN Customer Support team is here to help you out. Just a heads-up, you won't be able to make this change yourself in the ZEN app.
