What is a ZEN Pro Card? What benefits do I get for using it?

ZEN Pro Card is a card dedicated to ZEN Pro plan subscribers that introduces a range of exclusive benefits for cardholders. ZEN Pro Card can be used to make both card-present transactions, and online transactions. It is available:
- On individual ZEN accounts: for Pro plan subscribers. If you do not see the ZEN Pro Card in your app, please make sure your plan is set to Pro.
- On business ZEN accounts: for every business client who has an ability to order cards.

Benefits from using ZEN Pro Card
ZEN Pro Card users can benefit from:
- Reward Zone program — You earn Shards for using your ZEN Pro Card, which can then be combined into Stones. Stones can be used to get moneyback on certain categories of expenses that you make using your ZEN Pro Card. Please check the Reward Zone section for more details.
- ZEN Deals program — Exclusive promotions on a selected range of products or sellers, including special discounts, cashback offers, and many more. You can find a list of the current ZEN Deals on the Cashback page on your ZEN mobile app.
- 2 Years of Extended Warranty on Electronic Devices — 2 years of Warranty (instead of 1 year with standard ZEN Card) after you register the purchased product via ZEN app.
- ZEN Care Priority Support — While all our users can benefit from ZEN Care Shopping Protection, the cases of ZEN Pro Cardholders will be handled as a priority by our team.

ATM FeePass (only Physical ZEN Pro Cards ordered after 26.06.2025) — When ordering your new physical ZEN Pro Card, you may select up to 3 countries from the list shown in the ZEN app, where you plan to withdraw money using ATMs. We will add the additional Travel Cards you choose into one plastic ZEN Pro Card, which allows you to withdraw money in your selected countries, just like a local!
Your country selection must be made during the ordering process and cannot be changed afterward. To use the ATM FeePass functionality, you need to insert the plastic card into an ATM or POS terminal — this feature does not work in contactless mode.
The default ZEN Pro card is designed for shopping and earning Shards. We recommend using the ZEN Travel Cards only for ATM withdrawals and local subscriptions. ZEN Travel Cards do not award Shards. To learn more about the differences between the ZEN Pro Card and the ZEN Travel Card, click here.
What happens if I cancel my Pro plan?
If you cancel your ZEN Pro plan subscription on an individual account, or remove your ZEN Pro Card from your business account, you will lose access to ZEN Pro Card Zenefits listed above. Other Zenefits, such as standard ZEN Care Shopping Protection, 1 year of Extended Warranty and standard Instant Cashback offers will still be available to you, in accordance with your chosen ZEN Plan Pricing. Your ZEN Pro Card will then be treated as a normal ZEN payment card and will continue working.
Using ZEN Pro Card by individual and business clients is subject to ZEN Pro Card Terms.
