How can I earn Shards for my purchases with ZEN Pro Card in Reward Zone program?

Information
If you have registered in ZEN after 15.11.2024, you have an active Pro plan and use a regular ZEN card, you can earn a total of maximum total of 100 Shards for your payments (100 Shards' limit does not renew). By using the ZEN Pro card, you can earn an unlimited number of Shards.
You automatically earn a Shard for every 3.30 EUR that you spend using your ZEN Pro Card in a single transaction or across multiple payments. A Shard is usually granted to your account right when you pay with your card, but sometimes adding Shards may take a bit longer. To protect the Reward Zone from abuse, some card transactions such as loan repayments, quasi cash payments and ATM cash withdrawals do not award Shards.
If the transaction was made in another currency, the amount is converted to EUR based on our currency exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. If you receive a refund of the transaction that you previously received Shards for, the Shards will be automatically reversed from your account. To learn more, please click here.
In addition to the above, you may win even more Shards with every transaction you make with your ZEN Pro Card! The more you spend on a single transaction with your ZEN Pro Card, the higher your chance to win additional Shards or even full Stones.
You can also earn Gratitude Shards by sharing your Stones with your ZEN Buddies.
To see what rewards you have available on your ZEN account:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Go right to the Reward Zone program screen:
- In the middle, the amount of available Shards will appear. Under the amount, a small bar shows your progress toward earning your next Shard.
