I received a Stone from another ZEN user. What does it mean?

Information
Sending and receiving Stones in Reward Zone is available only to ZEN Individual clients. It is not available for ZEN Business clients.
If you have received a Stone from another ZEN User, it means that someone chose to gift you a Stone they earned in the Reward Zone loyalty program.
If you do not have an active ZEN Pro plan, you will have limited access to the Reward Zone page, where you can redeem the Stones you have received. ZEN User that gifted you the Stone will also begin earning Gratitude Shards if you agree. They will earn 1 Shard for every 33 EUR payment you make using your ZEN Card. This amount is cumulative throughout different transactions so that you do not have to make a one-time payment of 33 EUR to be able to grant a Gratitude Shard.
To see the history of your Stones received from other ZEN users:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Go right — to the Reward Zone program screen, and press the "Contributors" icon in the top left.
- The "Contributors" page will appear, showing you a summary of Shards your friends received thanks to your purchases with the ZEN Card ("Gratitude Shards"). Below, you will also be able to see the history of Stones you sent and received.
