Registering in ZEN via Binance

Question

How can I register a ZEN account via Binance? What are the limitations of such account, and how can they be lifted?

How-to

When you're depositing funds to Binance, you have the option to choose ZEN as a payment method even without having an active ZEN account. In such a case, a ZEN account dedicated just to Binance transactions will be created for you.

How to deposit funds to Binance via ZEN if you do not have a ZEN account yet:

1. Start in the Binance app or website. Select "Deposit" > "Bank Deposit" and then one of the supported currencies (EUR, PLN, RON, HUF, CZK).

   EUR deposits are only available for users registered in UA, PL, RO, HU, CZ, CH, or BG.

2. Select ZEN.COM in the "Deposit with" field, then enter the amount to top up your Binance account. Provide your phone number to Binance if you haven't done this yet.
   • Important: If you already have a ZEN account registered on the provided number, you will be able to connect your existing ZEN account to a Binance account.
3. If you do not have a ZEN account yet, you will see the following page that says "Create ZEN account" at the bottom:
   

   

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new ZEN account dedicated to depositing funds to Binance. If you decide to upgrade the account to the full version, download the ZEN.COM app from the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery, and provide the same phone number you used in Binance.

Limits

ZEN accounts created via Binance (without a separate identity verification performed in the ZEN app) have a daily transaction limit of 1000 EUR. To lift this limit and open a full ZEN account, download the ZEN.COM app from the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery, choose "ZEN Personal", and provide the same phone number you used in Binance.
