Can I cancel a Digital Currency transfer I sent from ZEN to third party cryptocurrency wallet address?

Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain technology once the cryptocurrency transfer is sent, it is processed and confirmed by the blockchain, and there is no way to stop or reverse it. Unfortunately, the only way to return funds from such transactions is to contact the recipient and ask them to refund the transaction.
