Answer

To enable notifications from ZEN app on your phone, follow the steps below, depending on your device's operating system:

If you have an Android device (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei, etc.)

Important

Settings may vary by phone. For more information, contact your device manufacturer (external link).

  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Tap "Notifications" and then "App settings".
  3. To see all apps, in the dropdown menu, tap "All apps".
  4. Select the ZEN.COM app from the list.
  5. Turn the app's notifications on.
  6. Done! App notifications for ZEN are now turned on.
If you have an iOS device (iPhone)
  1. Swipe down on the Home screen on your iPhone, and search for the "Settings" app.
  2. In Settings of your iPhone, tap "Notifications".
  3. From the "Notification Style" section, select the "ZEN.COM" app.
  4. Tap the "Allow Notifications" to turn on notifications from ZEN. The button color should switch to green.
  5. Done! App notifications for ZEN are now turned on.
