Adding a new recipient
To add a new saved recipient for future transfers from your account, follow the steps below:
Editing an existing recipient
To edit a saved recipient, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Go to the home screen on the left, and click on the currency you would like to send.
- Press "Transfer".
- Choose the transfer type - each transfer type has separate saved recipients.
- A list of saved recipients will appear. Swipe your finger to the left on a specific recipient to see the "Edit" button.
Note: To edit a recipient from your ZEN Buddies list, edit the person in your phone contacts
- Press the "Edit" button. If some data is unavailable for editing (lock icon on the right side), delete the recipient completely, and then add them using the "Add recipient" button.
Deleting an existing recipient
To delete a saved recipient, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Go to the home screen on the left, and select a currency.
- Press the "Transfer" button.
- Choose the transfer type - each transfer type has separate saved recipients.
- A list of saved recipients will appear. Swipe your finger to the left on a specific recipient to see the "Remove" button.
Note: To remove a recipient from your ZEN Buddies list, remove the person from your phone contacts
- Press the "Remove" button and confirm when the pop-up appears.
