Question
How can I send an Internal transfer (between ZEN Clients) from my Business account?
Answer
To send an internal transfer from your ZEN Business account to another ZEN Client, you need to receive the recipient's IBAN (International Bank Account Number) from their ZEN app that starts with "GB" letters.
This article explains how to check IBANs in the ZEN app.
When you receive the GB IBAN from another ZEN Client, follow the steps below to send an internal transfer to them:
Sending internal transfers using ZEN Mobile App
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- On the main screen tap the ZEN mascot, and choose "Transfer":
- Choose the currency you want to transfer.
- Choose "Bank transfer" as the transfer method. Remember to use the GB IBAN provided by the recipient from their ZEN app. If GB IBAN is correct, the BIC/SWIFT code field underneath the Account number should automatically fill in with "BZENLT22XXX".
- If everything was filled correctly, when selecting transfer recipient you should see the following screen with the transfer type shown as "ZEN":
If you see "SWIFT", "SEPA", or "Local" as the transfer type instead, please ask the transfer recipient for the correct account number from their ZEN app.
Sending internal transfers using ZEN Web Portal
- Log in to the ZEN Web Portal.
- On the left side of the page, press "Sendouts", and select "New transfer".
- Choose the currency and recipient type (Company or Personal).
- Paste the GB IBAN provided by the recipient from their ZEN app. If GB IBAN is correct, the "Transfer type" should automatically show up as "ZEN".
- If you see "SWIFT", "SEPA", or "Local" as the transfer type instead, please ask the transfer recipient for the correct account number from their ZEN app.
