Who is eligible to activate 2 years of Extended Warranty for electronics in ZEN? Which products are covered under the 2 years of Extended Warranty?
Answer
To be eligible to activate the 2-year Extended Warranty on electronics, you must have an active ZEN Pro subscription on your individual account, or an active ZEN Pro Card on your business account and the following requirements need to be met:
- You must pay for the entire transaction using the ZEN Pro Card and add the product to our system. As part of this process, you will need to provide basic information about the product, including the serial number, which will be required when requesting a refund. The service document must contain the same serial number as the one registered in our system after purchase.
- The extended warranty covers electronics with the same protection as the manufacturer's warranty (excluding damages).
- It is valid only for new products, purchased from companies registered in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland (excluding Duty-Free Zones).
- The product must have a manufacturer's warranty of up to 36 months.
- The service covers the reimbursement of repair costs up to the value of the product purchased with the ZEN Pro Card.
- You can register an unlimited number of products under warranty — each product should be registered with a new application, as each piece of product has its own unique serial number.
- You can submit a maximum of two (2) warranty claims per year.
- The total value of all claims made by you under this warranty cannot exceed EUR 5,000 in a calendar year.
- You must have an active ZEN Pro subscription on an individual account, or an active ZEN Pro card on a business account. If you cancel your subscription/card or your ZEN Pro subscription/card becomes inactive for any reason for more than 3 days, the warranty will no longer apply to the items registered in the ZEN application.
