How can I register electronics I bought using my ZEN Pro Card to apply for 2 years of Extended Warranty?

To start registering the product you purchased:
- Find the transaction related to your product purchase in your ZEN app transaction history. The transaction must be made using your ZEN Pro Card.
- Click the "Extended Warranty" button.
- If you have an active ZEN Pro subscription plan, you will see the transaction summary, with a button to register the product.
If you want to apply for 2 years of Extended Warranty, you need to register your product within 90 days from the purchase date. - To register your product, we will need the following information:
- Product name (producer + model).
- Duration of the manufacturer's warranty in months (you may find this information in the documentation inside the product's packaging).
- Product photo (take a photo of the product once you receive and open it).
- Photo of product serial number (you may find the serial number in the form of a barcode and/or a string of numbers or letters on the product).
- Receipt or invoice (take a photo of the paper receipt, or attach a scan of the invoice you received from the seller).
- If you are not able to provide all required files at once, you may still start the registration process and finish it later! Remember to send all required photos and information within 90 days of the purchase date.
- After sending the registration form for your product, you may monitor the status of your ZEN Pro 2 years of Extended Warranty by viewing the warranties list page.
