How to check the status of my ZEN Pro Extended Warranty application? How to check when my 2 years of Extended Warranty expire?

To see the list of products and list of applications you've registered for ZEN Pro Extended Warranty, follow the steps below:
Viewing product lists and sending claim requests
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Ensure you have an active ZEN Pro plan.

Swipe right to the Zenefits screen, and select the "Extended Warranty" tile.
Please note: If you do not have an active ZEN Pro subscription plan, you will see the standard screen containing information about 1 year of Extended Warranty. - If you did not add any products yet, you will see a welcome screen with the ability to register your first product.
If you have already registered a product or submitted an application to register one, you will be able to see the warranty list.
- On the list of products, you may see the status of different products that were accepted by ZEN. If the manufacturer's warranty is still valid, you will see when the ZEN Pro Extended Warranty will start.
If the manufacturer's warranty has already expired, you will see when it has started and when it will end.
If both warranties have already expired, they will also be visible on the list. - If the manufacturer's warranty is Expired, and the ZEN Pro Warranty is active, you may click on the product to view more details and submit a claim request.
- In the product's details, you may also delete the product. Please keep in mind if you delete the product later than 90 days after the purchase, the Extended Warranty on it will be canceled, and it will not be possible to add it again.
Viewing ZEN Pro Extended Warranty application status
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Ensure you have an active ZEN Pro plan.

Please note: If you do not have an active ZEN Pro subscription plan, you will see the standard screen containing information about 1 year of Extended Warranty. - By clicking the "Applications" tab at the top of the page, you may monitor the status of products that you've sent to us that are still pending approval. Applications that require your action are always shown at the top with a black status background.
- Application may have the following statuses:
- New - you have not submitted all required details yet - click on the application to submit the missing information and complete it.
- Pending approval - ZEN team is reviewing your product - you should get an update within a few days via ZEN app push notification.
- Needs correction - ZEN team has reviewed your product and needs to clarify some details with you. Click on the application to see which information needs to be corrected.
- Approved - ZEN team has reviewed your product and accepted the 2 years of Extended Warranty for it.
- Rejected - ZEN team has reviewed your product and decided that we cannot grant 2 years of Extended Warranty for it. Click on the application to see why the application was rejected. You may then appeal the decision if you do not agree with us.
