How to connect a ZEN account to a zondacrypto account?

Information
Before connecting your accounts, make sure the following data are exactly the same both in ZEN and zondacrypto:
- Phone number,
- E-mail address,
- Names, middle names and surnames,
- Document used,
- Home address.
If the data above does not match on your accounts, updating it will be needed.
To connect your ZEN account with zondacrypto, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your zondacrypto account on zondacrypto's website (external link).
- Go to the “Wallets” tab, and select your PLN, EUR, or USD wallet and the “Deposit” tab.
- Then select “ZEN” as a payment option. Confirm that you want to set up an account in ZEN and accept the "Pay with ZEN" service terms.
- Confirm the phone number that you used to open a ZEN account.
- You will see a unique code on the screen. This code is required to sync zondacrypto and ZEN accounts. It must be confirmed in the ZEN.COM app.
- You will receive a notification from the ZEN.COM app regarding account syncing. Confirm the operation in the app.
- Everything's ready!
The account linking service is available to zondacrypto Users with level II verification and account protected by the Google Authenticator app.
