I want to register a personal ZEN account. How can I apply for a ZEN Personal account?

We're glad to hear that you're interested in our personal accounts! To register a personal ZEN account, follow the steps below:
- Download the ZEN.COM app from App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or App Gallery (Huawei).
- Open the ZEN.COM app on your mobile device, and click the "ZEN Personal" button.
- Enter your phone number and a one-time password that we'll send to it.
- Create and confirm your 4-digit passcode you'll use to log in to the app.
- The app will ask for your country, citizenship, and email. We will use this data to check if you're from a country supported by ZEN.
- If your country is supported, we will show the list of documents you may use to verify your identity. Please choose the document you would like to verify with.
- If your country is not yet supported, the app will show if you're eligible for a ZEN Club account, that allows you to pay in selected stores which have enabled ZEN payments.
- If you do not see your country on the list, unfortunately it means we do not offer ZEN services in it yet. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please follow our list of supported countries to be notified when it changes.
- Allow the ZEN app to access your phone's camera and microphone, then follow the instructions on screen to scan both sides of your document and your face.

All financial institutions must verify their customers' identities through KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. This includes processes like ID verification and taking a selfie.
