Why my card data is not printed on the physical card? How can I see my card number, expiration date and CVC code in the ZEN app?

Answer

Older ZEN's physical cards have the Digital First certificate by Mastercard®. This means that there are no card number, CVC code and expiry date printed on some of our physical cards. Please note that ZEN Cards issued after November 2024 have their numbers printed on the card as usual. We do not offer cards without printed numbers anymore.

You may always access your detailed card data in the ZEN app by following the steps below:

1. Log in to the ZEN app.
2. Go left to the screen with your currencies and cards.
3. Tap on one of your cards, and then swipe up, to expand the card section view.
4. Select the card you are interested in, then press the “Details” button below the card.
5. You will see your full card number, its expiration date, and CVC code. Hold your finger on the full card number to automatically copy it!
6. Click the “Details” button again to hide your card details.
