Why my card data is not printed on the physical card? How can I see my card number, expiration date and CVC code in the ZEN app?
Answer
ZEN's physical cards have the Digital First certificate by Mastercard®. This means that for a higher security standard, there are no card number, CVC code and expiry date printed on a physical card.
You may access your detailed card data in the ZEN app by following the steps below:

Log in to the ZEN app and then go left to the Home page.

Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to expand the card section view.

Select the card you are interested in, then press the "Details" button in the bottom left corner.
- You will see your full card number, its expiration date, and CVC code. Hold your finger on the full card number to automatically copy it!
- Click the "Details" button again to hide your card details.
