How to access the ZEN QR code scanner? What QR codes can I scan with it?
Answer
To scan the ZEN QR code:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Swipe down on the screen with our mascot.
- If you're opening the scanner for the first time, make sure the camera permission is enabled for the ZEN app in your device's settings.
- Scan the ZEN QR code, and follow the on-screen instructions to claim your cashback or complete your payment.
The following QR codes can be scanned in the ZEN app:

Cashback QR codes sent to your e-mail by participating merchants after your purchase. These codes allow you to instantly claim the specific percentage of your purchase back into your ZEN account.

ZEN Pay QR codes, available after choosing "ZEN" as a payment method for your order in participating merchants. These codes allow you to pay for the purchase using the ZEN app, without sharing your card data or other payment details with the merchant.
