How to connect a ZEN account to a KUNA Exchange account?

Information

Before connecting your accounts, make sure the following data are exactly the same both in ZEN and KUNA Exchange:

  • Phone number,
  • E-mail address,
  • Names, middle names and surnames,
  • Document used,
  • Home address.

If the data above does not match on your accounts, you will need to update it.

To link your KUNA Exchange account to ZEN, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your KUNA Exchange account.
  2. Go to the "Assets" page in KUNA Exchange, select the "EUR" asset and click "Deposit" or "Withdrawal" depending on your purpose.

     

  3. Choose ZEN as a payment method (current fees are always indicated on the deposit and withdrawal page).

     

  4. Choose one of the options:
    • Connect your existing ZEN account to KUNA,
    • Register an account on ZEN and link it to your KUNA account (only if you do not have a ZEN account already).

       

  5. Follow the steps in the ZEN app to approve the connection to an existing account, or create a new ZEN account if you do not have one yet.
  6. Go back to the KUNA application and click "Finish the connection"
  7. When the connection is complete, you will receive a notification from the KUNA app. From this moment, you have access to deposit and withdraw EUR with ZEN.
  8. Please note that every deposit must be confirmed in the ZEN app before it's completed.
