How to connect a ZEN account to a Kanga Exchange account?

Information
Before connecting your accounts, make sure the following data are exactly the same both in ZEN and Kanga Exchange:
- Phone number,
- E-mail address,
- Names, middle names and surnames,
- Document used,
- Home address.
If the data above does not match on your accounts, you will need to update it.
To link your Kanga Exchange account to ZEN, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Kanga Exchange account.
- Select "Wallet" at the top of the page, then click the "Money Deposit" button on Kanga Wallet portal.
- Select your country of residence and one of the currencies supported for ZEN deposits, such as PLN, EUR, GBP or USD. If ZEN deposits are available for your combination of country and currency, the "GoCash" payment provider will appear.
- Select "GoCash" as a payment provider for your deposit.
- In GoCash, enter your deposit amount and select "ZEN" as the payment method. Current fees are always indicated on the deposit page.
- Confirm the account linking and your deposit in the ZEN app.
- You will receive a confirmation of your deposit in Kanga Exchange and via e-mail.
- Done! Your Kanga Exchange and ZEN accounts are now connected.
