Logging out of ZEN Web Portal for Business Clients

Question

How can I log out of my ZEN Business account via web browser?

Answer

To sign out of your ZEN Business account via web browser:

  1. Make sure you are on the official ZEN Web Portal website: https://my.zen.com/

  2. On the left side of the screen, click the circle on the top to expand your company's name.

     

  3. Click the "Logout" button.

     

  4. You will be logged out of the ZEN Web Portal.

Additional information

If you do not log out of the ZEN Web Portal manually, we will log you out automatically after a few minutes of inactivity to keep your account secure.
