We kindly inform you that the problem has been resolved, and pending transfers were completed. PLN transfers via ELIXIR are now operating as normal. Your outgoing transfer in PLN currency made between 9.11.2024 and 12.11.2024 via ELIXIR system may be showing as “Pending”. We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it as soon as possible. We will provide an update as soon as we have one. In the meantime, please allow extra time to complete PLN transfers in the ZEN app. We apologize for the inconvenience.
