How to connect a ZEN account to a Bitget account?

Information
Before connecting your accounts, make sure the following data are exactly the same both in ZEN and Bitget:
- Phone number,
- E-mail address,
- Names, middle names and surnames,
- Document used,
- Home address.
If the data above does not match on your accounts, you will need to update it.
Connect your ZEN account to Bitget by depositing funds to Bitget
To connect your ZEN and Bitget accounts when depositing funds to Bitget for the first time:
- If you do not have a Bitget account yet, create one using exactly the same data as stored on your ZEN account.
- Go to Bitget FIAT deposit website (external link).
- Make sure the currency of your deposit is set to PLN, CZK, or HUF.
- Choose "ZEN.COM" as the payment method for your deposit.
- Confirm the operation in your ZEN.COM app.
- All done! Your ZEN and Bitget accounts are now connected for instant deposits and withdrawals.
Connect your ZEN account to Bitget by withdrawing funds from Bitget
To connect your ZEN and Bitget accounts when withdrawing funds from Bitget for the first time:
- Go to Bitget FIAT withdrawal website (external link).
- Make sure the currency of your withdrawal is set to PLN, CZK, or HUF.
- Choose "ZEN.COM" as the payment method for your withdrawal.
- Confirm the operation in your ZEN.COM app.
- All done! Your ZEN and Bitget accounts are now connected for instant deposits and withdrawals.
