How can I set up automatic top-ups in my ZEN account to always have funds available in my account?

The auto top-up feature is currently being rolled out to ZEN Pro plan users. If you do not see it in your app yet, we kindly ask you for patience.
ZEN's auto top-up service allows you to always have the amount you set in your ZEN account. This will help you avoid situations where ZEN card transactions are rejected due to insufficient funds in your account.
To enable auto top-up:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Go left to the screen with the list of currencies available on your account.
- Select the currency for which you want to enable auto top-up.
- Press the “Auto top-up” button.
- Enter the amount you want to have always available in your ZEN account.
- Add a MasterCard or Visa card issued by another bank or institution from which we can top-up your ZEN account.
Please note that if the card is issued in a country outside the European Economic Area, or the card is issued as a corporate card, you may be charged top-up fees according to our Pricing. - Confirm the operation in your bank's application. The authorization amount (depending on the selected currency: 1 PLN, 1 EUR, etc.) will be refunded within 1 business day. If you are having trouble enabling the auto top-ups using your card, please click here for possible reasons.
- Done! We will now try to automatically top-up your ZEN account for you to have the amount you set every time your account balance goes below that amount.
If necessary, you can set up auto top-ups for other currencies of your ZEN account in the same way, even using the same card.
The minimum amount for a single auto top-up is 6.60 EUR, or the equivalent in another currency. For example, if the balance on your account with balance maintenance enabled at 100 EUR drops to 99 EUR, we will automatically try to top-up your account with 6.60 EUR.
The minimum and maximum amount of the balance level you may set depends on the currency you choose.
