How to edit or disable auto top-up of ZEN account?

Answer

To change or disable the amount you always want to have available in your ZEN account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the ZEN app.
2. Go left to the screen with the list of currencies available in your account.
3. Select the currency for which auto top-ups are enabled.
4. Press the “Auto top-up” button.
5. Press the “Change” button visible at the bottom of the screen.
6. To edit auto top-up details:
   1. Enter the new amount up to which we will automatically top-up your ZEN account.
   2. Press the name of your card to change the funding source of your automatic top-ups.
   3. Press “Save” and confirm the operation in your bank's app.
   4. Done! The auto-recharge has been edited.
7. To deactivate auto top-ups on your account in the selected currency:
   1. Press the “Deactivate” button.
   2. Confirm the operation in the ZEN app. Remember that the deactivation applies only to the currently chosen currency. If you have auto top-ups enabled in other currencies, follow the above instructions separately for each currency.
   3. Done! Auto-charge has been deactivated for your currency.
