You may be experiencing an error when trying to top-up your ZEN account using cryptocurrency, or send a cryptocurrency from ZEN to external wallet. We are aware of this problem and are working to fix it as soon as possible. We will provide an update as soon as we have one. In the meantime, please allow extra time to complete operations in the ZEN app. We apologize for the inconvenience.
