I see "No channels available" error when making a transfer from ZEN

Question

When making a bank transfer from the ZEN.COM app, I see an error “No channels available”. What should I do?

Answer

If you see an error “No channels available” while trying to make a transfer from ZEN, it means that the recipient's account is not supported to receive transfers from ZEN, or you do not have a particular transfer method available on your account.

Popular reasons for “No channels available” error:

  • You may not have an active SWIFT account number in ZEN due to regulatory requirements. Click here to learn more about transfers availability in ZEN.
  • You may have tried to send a transfer to a Tax Office, or other governmental bodies which require a special formatting of transfers. Transfers to Tax Offices are not currently supported by ZEN.
  • You may have tried to send a transfer to a recipient, which requires your name and surname as transfer sender. For example, transfers related to: traffic fines, VAT (Value Added Tax), income tax.

What to do if there are “No channels available” for a transfer?

If it's possible, please ask the transfer recipient for another payment method, such as card payment, transfer to card number, or different bank account number. In case it's not possible to receive an alternative payment method, we may not be able to complete the transaction.

We are working to support more transfer types. Please follow this article for future updates!
