Giveaway codes are used to take part in special events in the ZEN.COM app — they are different from the promo codes, which can be used to extend your ZEN.COM free trial period when registering an account. Click here to learn about ZEN.COM Promo Codes.
How to use a giveaway code in the ZEN.COM app?
After creating your account:
- Log in to the ZEN.COM app.
- On the screen you see after logging in, press the “Have a code?” button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- If you already used a code before, you will see the list of your codes with their statuses. Use the “+” button in the bottom right corner to add another code.
- If you did not yet use any code, the app will show the page where you can enter your first code.
- Enter the code that you received from the ZEN.COM partner.
- If the code is correct and active, follow the instructions in the ZEN.COM app to submit your entry. You may need to complete a task before.
- Depending on partner and event type, the code may give you a chance to receive a prize, special promotion, or access to an exclusive ZEN.COM app feature.
How will I learn about giveaway results?
To check, what did the code grant to you:
- Log in to the ZEN.COM app.
- On the screen you see after logging in, press the “Have a code?” button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- You will see the list of codes used on your account. Next to the code, you will see whether you received a prize from it. If you did receive a prize, follow the in-app instructions to claim it!
