The PIN for the new card should be set when ordering.
To set a PIN code when ordering a card in the mobile application, fill in all the delivery details. Then the app will ask you to set a PIN code and confirm it.
Remember, this is where you enter a PIN code for the card, it is not an access code to your application.
In the ZEN Portal, complete the details for card delivery and then enter the 4-digit PIN code twice. Click on "Confirm" and it's ready! Your card has been ordered and your PIN has been set.
