What to do if I see a transfer I don't recognize in my ZEN transaction history?


If you do not recognize the transfer in your ZEN account history, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible - we will help you verify it and secure your account.

In the transaction history, select the unrecognized transfer, and then click on the "Get help" button. Select the "Contact support" option and you will be redirected to a chat with our consultant.
