What to do if I see a transfer I don't recognize in my ZEN transaction history?

If you do not recognize a transfer in your ZEN account history, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible - we will help you verify it and secure your account.

To report a bank transfer to us:

  1. In the transaction history, click on the payment to see transfer details.
  2. Click on "Get help" button.
  3. Select "Contact support" - you will be redirected to a chat with our consultant.

Remember to also contact your local law enforcement. Prompt reporting can help mitigate damage and assist in the investigation.
