When you pay with a ZEN card for electronics, you get an additional year of warranty, so buy products using the ZEN Mastercard.
Important! The purchase must be fully paid for with the ZEN Mastercard for which you received your insurance certificate at the time you ordered the card.
Extended warranty applies also in case when payment will be made using Google Pay or Apple Pay with ZEN card connected.
Warranty applies to purchased RTV and household appliances bought in physical or online shop that have a manufacturer's warranty of no more than 3 years. The warranty is extended by 12 months.
The extended warranty offer:
- for individual account is only for personal use.
- for business account is for business and personal use.
Limits for extended warranty electronic product purchases:
For personal account:
- Plan GOLD – 1500 EUR
- Plan PLATINUM – 5000 EUR
For business account:
- Each plan – 5000 EUR
How does it work?
Buying a product with a 2-year default producer warranty using ZEN card. ZEN will extend it automatically to 3 years.
Products covered by extended warranty offer in ZEN:
- Audio and video equipment including televisions, home cinema projectors, home entertainment systems, cameras, video cameras, GPS systems, mobile telephones, electric gardening tools, communication and computing items (such as desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, photocopiers, fax machines, scanners, game consoles, modems, notebooks, tablet computers), computer software and other accessories to computers not fully assembled by the manufacturer.
- Electrical household appliances including washing machines, tumble/washer dryers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, clothes irons, toasters, electric toothbrushes.
If your product is damaged after the manufacturer's warranty expires, apply for its extension by entering the details of a specific transaction. Click on the "Help" icon and then on "Extended Warranty".
