How to contact ZEN Customer Support?

If you cannot log in to the ZEN app and need support, you may contact us by sending an e-mail to hello@zen.com. When contacting us via e-mail, please remember to send the message from the same e-mail address you have connected to your ZEN account or used in ZEN Payment Gateway.
If you do have access to the ZEN app, you may contact us via in-app chat. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Remember
Real messages from ZEN come only from the "@zen.com" domain. Our agents will never ask you to share account passwords, payment card PINs, or deposit money to unblock a transaction. See our safety recommendations for more information.
Customer support chat is available in 29 languages (if you would like to choose a different supported language than the one that is automatically displayed when a support chat starts, ask a support agent to change it for you):

- in ZEN app support chat (open the link from your mobile device, we usually respond within 2-3 minutes). To ensure that you do not miss a response from a support agent, please make sure that the ZEN app is allowed to send push notifications on your mobile device;
- via email hello@zen.com (we usually respond within 24 hours). When you contact us via e-mail, please send your message from the email address linked to your ZEN account.
