You can contact our Customer Care Team in several ways. We are always happy to answer your questions. All you have to do is select the "Contact" tab in the ZEN app or portal and describe your case to us.
We encourage you to choose the contact form in which you can easily describe your event to us.
If you are unable to log in to the site, or you are not yet our customer, you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to write from the email address that is connected to your ZEN account. Otherwise, we won't be able to help you or disclose any information.
The last option to contact our service department is Live-chat. It is a form of chat - real-time conversations directly with our consultant.
You can use this option directly after logging in, both from the website and the application. Just click on the "Contact" tab and then "Help". In the mobile app, click "ZEN Support" to connect with our agent.
