Toping up your ZEN account using a bank transfer is very easy. It usually takes longer than an instant card or BLIK top-up. All you need to do is log in to our ZEN app or portal.
To top-up your account, choose the currency and click on the "Top-up" option. In the next step choose "Bank transfer". On this screen, you will find all the necessary details to make a transfer to ZEN.
You can transfer funds to your ZEN account via SEPA or SWIFT transfer.
Funds in EUR are transferred using the SEPA transfer. You can find your account number (in IBAN format) in your mobile app or ZEN portal marked as the number for local transfers in EUR currency.
With SWIFT transfer you can top up your ZEN account in all 30 currencies available in ZEN. The SWIFT account number is marked as global in the portal and mobile application. Regardless of the currency, you can use one account number and the funds will be credited to the appropriate account.
Remember that SWIFT transfers are usually expensive, so if you want to make a transfer from a bank that supports SEPA, it may be more beneficial for you to send funds in EUR and then convert the funds at our attractive rates.
