What to do if I see a card payment I don't recognize in my ZEN transaction history?

If you do not recognize the card transaction, block your card as soon as possible. Click here to learn how to block the card.

Before you report the transaction, take a moment to check if you've recently activated a paid subscription. If you've signed up for any card subscription, free trial, or recurring payment plan, reach out to the merchant to learn more about these charges or to cancel the subscription so you can avoid any future payments.

Keep in mind that the merchant name on your statement might look a little different from the actual merchant you purchased from. So, it’s a good idea to check the location, date, or time of the payment.

If after checking, you still don't recognize the card payment, please contact ZEN Support. We will help you verify transactions on your account. To report a card transaction to us:

  1. In the transaction history, click on the payment to see card transaction details.
  2. Click on "Get Help" button.
  3. Select "ZEN Care" - you will be able to select the issue type and add more details regarding your request.
