In the event of a claim regarding the 1 year of additional warranty with a standard ZEN Card, it is necessary to contact the insurer directly.

The insurer's contact number for your country is available in the ZEN app:
- Log in to the app.

Go to the right, to the Zenefits screen, and select the “Extended warranty” tile:
- If you are a Gold or Platinum plan subscriber, press the "Claim request" button at the bottom of the page:

If you are a Pro plan subscriber, or have an active ZEN Pro Card on your business account, click the “i” button in the top right corner.
Then scroll all the way down and click “Claim request to AXA”.
- If you are a Gold or Platinum plan subscriber, press the "Claim request" button at the bottom of the page:
- The ZEN app will display the insurer's contact number appropriate for your country.
When contacting the insurer, please have the following details ready:
- Individual client — the first 8 digits of your card number and the name of your subscription plan. This article explains how to check your currently active ZEN Plan.
- Business client — the first 8 digits of your card number.
