I want to change my email connected to my ZEN account. How can I do that?
Answer
You may change the email address associated with your ZEN account with the help of ZEN Customer Support. To change the email address on your ZEN account, please contact us via chat in the ZEN application or via email at hello@zen.com.
Remember to send us the following details in your request:
- Your current email address associated with your ZEN account.
- The new email address you wish to associate with your ZEN account.
For security reasons, you will be asked to verify your identity. Please use one of the links below to begin changing your email address.
