Can I get cashback by making a purchase in-store or in the store's app?

Purchases made in a physical store are not eligible for cashback.
Purchases made using the store's app without clicking the cashback link in the ZEN app are not eligible for cashback.

Instant cashback offers only apply to purchases you make online through a dedicated link available in the ZEN app on the "Instant cashback" tab of the Zenefits page (rightmost screen).
