I have a new phone number. How can I change the phone number linked to my ZEN account?

Important
For security reasons, changing the phone number associated with your ZEN account is not possible during the first 14 days after account creation.
Choose the section that applies to you:
If you have access to your previous phone number and Individual account
If you do not have access to your previous phone number, or you have a Business account
You may change your phone number to a different one with the help of ZEN Customer Support:
- If you cannot log in to the ZEN app and need help updating your phone number to recover your account, you may contact us by sending an e-mail to hello@zen.com.
- If you have access to the ZEN app, you may contact us via in-app chat, by clicking here.
