How can I change the phone number linked to my ZEN account?
Important: for security reasons you can change the phone number associated with your ZEN account after 14 days of account creation.
To change your phone number:
- If you have access to your previous phone number, you can change it to a different one in ZEN app (go to the profile, then tap the edit icon next to "phone number" and follow the instructions).
- If you do not have access to your previous phone number, you can change it to a different one through ZEN Customer support.
