How do we protect you and your money?

Why do we limit access to accounts?
At ZEN, we do everything we can to help you get the most out of your account like Zenefits, Extended Warranty or ZEN Care, however some extra steps must be sometimes taken.
As part of our responsibilities, we monitor our customers' accounts. During this time, we may limit some of the functionality of your accounts and ask you or other parties of your transactions to provide clarifications. Account functionality will be restored immediately upon completion of this process.
