Issue
When trying to send a card transfer from ZEN, I see "Transaction failed", or "Oops! Something went wrong". Why can't I send a transfer to card?
Answer
If your card transfer is unsuccessful, the following reasons may be applicable:
- Recipient's bank may not allow this type of transfer — if you see an error "Your card is not eligible for transfer", contact the recipient's bank to check if they support MasterCard Send and VISA Direct transfers, or use a standard bank transfer if possible.
- Recipient's bank may be from a country to which transfers are not supported — you may see the list of supported countries here. Please try sending a transfer to a card from a supported country.
- Recipient's card may be closed — card transfers may only be sent to active cards. Please try sending a transfer to a different card.
- You may have exceeded the transfer limit — see the possible card transfer limits here, or see the possible account limits here.
- Transfer may also be declined by our security systems.
