Topping-up your ZEN account with a card issued by another bank is very easy! You just have to log in to your ZEN app. At the moment there is no possibility to make a top-up via ZEN portal.

To add funds to your account using a card issued by another bank, click on the currency tile you want to top up and then use the "Top up" function. On the next screen, select "Visa/Mastercard". After indicating the top-up amount, we will ask you to enter your card details. If you have previously topped up your account with a card, you can select the saved card from the list.  

Top-ups are free, but only up to a certain amount per month. The amount depends on your ZEN subscription. You can check all the details here.
